AFAR to Host Annual Awards Dinner

Please join AFAR on October 6, 2008, as we celebrate the advances in the field of aging research and recognize the individuals, corporations and foundations that have made significant contributions. Peter D. Meldrum, president and CEO, Myriad Genetics, Inc.; John W. Rowe, MD, professor, Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University; and Christoph Westphal, MD, PhD, CEO and vice chair, Sirtris Pharmaceuticals, will be among the honorees. The dinner will be held in conjunction with AFAR’s scientific conference on cancer and aging taking place on October 6 and 7, 2008. Both events will be held in New York City.
